Bathing a dog must tend more emphasis. This is due to the very fact that if you're careless in bathing, the animal may find yourself having some infections. 

For example, if you don’t close the ears with large wool or cotton, the water may enter into ear canals and will cause some ear infections with signs somewhat constant discharge from the ears and shaking of head very often. 

The frequency of bathing all depends on the breed of the dog you own. If the dog is of a hairy type just like the English cocker spaniel, then the washing is to be administered once in 40 to 60 days. If these dog breeds are bathed very often, then there may be skin and coat loose the protective characters. 

However, when the dog has defecated on the skin thanks to the frequent digestive upsets resulting in diarrhea, to avoid the bad smell, the dog could also be subjected to frequent bathing some times by the owners of the dog. 

Always take more caution and avoid some irritant soaps or human soaps for pets. The soap materials used for human use aren't suitable for dogs and other pets. Similarly, many human shampoo products are having some ingredients that aren't suitable for pets within the proportions that are to be utilized in the case of dogs. 

Hence, they always attempt to use the shampoo products that are mentioned mainly to be used for dogs. Take more care in the trial of new products. 

Always have the best time and patience for products required for bathing in one place with the availability of water sources. 

Dogs and majorly all other pets love the sprinkling of water, pond, river, and oceans. Even once you are using a bathtub, have everything in one place then start bathing of the dog. Try to have a leash, conditioner, towel, and shampoo within the bath place. 

Conditioner is of very helpful to form the combing activity easier later. Bathing should be a convenient activity for both the dog and therefore the owner or caretaker. This should not be a burden.

Washing a Dog should be by choice not by force, then only you can enjoy even washing or bathing your dog as a fun.
